Funding & support

Research in our lab is possible because of the foundations, federal agencies, and donors who fund it. We are grateful to all of them.

Support pays for the people doing the work: graduate stipends, postdoctoral salaries, instruments, and the reagents behind every experiment. It also lets us take on higher-risk projects and release our tools openly.

Give to the lab

Gifts of any size go directly to research and to the students and postdocs who carry it out. Donations are made through Duke and are tax deductible.
